How long does it take to get my website?
It depends on the package. Starter is delivered in 4 working days, Business in 7, and Premium and E-Commerce in 10. You get a firm date before we start, and we hit it.
Do I need to provide the content?
No. We can write the whole thing for you — we use AI-assisted copywriting tuned to your business, then a human rewrites and checks it before you ever see it. If you already have copy you like, we will happily work with that instead. Content writing is £40 per page as an add-on.
Can I update the site myself afterwards?
Yes. We set your site up so you can change text and swap images without needing a developer. If you would rather never touch it, our Hosting + Care plan is £45 a month and we make the changes for you.
What if I want changes after it goes live?
Before launch, changes are included — we keep going until you are happy. After launch you can either use the Hosting + Care plan at £45 a month, or just pay for individual updates as and when you need them.
Do you do hosting and email as well?
Yes, on UK servers. Hosting starts at £14.99 a month and includes SSL, daily backups and monitoring. Email-only is £2.99 a month. Every website package includes your domain free for the first year; renewals are £19.99 a year after that.
Will my site work properly on a phone?
Every site we build is mobile-first and tested on real handsets, not just a shrunken browser window. Most local searches happen on a phone, so this is the version that matters most.
Is there a catch at £189?
No. £189 buys a genuine bespoke one-to-three page site with a contact form, SSL and basic SEO — not a trial, not a subscription. The reason we can do it is that we use AI-assisted design with human oversight, so a build that used to take three weeks takes four days.
What about security and SSL?
Every site includes a free SSL certificate as standard, at no extra cost. It encrypts traffic between your site and your visitors, and Google treats it as a ranking signal.
